Εξονυχιστική έρευνα πραγματοποίησε χθες η οικονομική αστυνομία και κλιμάκιο του υπουργείου Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, σε μεγάλη εταιρεία εισαγωγών, τυποποίησης και εμπορίας κρέατος, η οποία μάλιστα έχει ηγετικό ρόλο στη βαλκανική αγορά και διακινεί πάνω από 500 τόνους κρέατος εβδομαδιαίως και προμηθεύει με κρέας πολλά μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ της χώρας.
Για την επιχείρηση με την επωνυμία «Φλωρίδης», που έχει έδρα το Μοσχάτο και στην οποία απασχολούνται πάνω από τριακόσιοι εργαζόμενοι, εκφράζονται υπόνοιες ότι πραγματοποιούσε μαζικές ελληνοποιήσεις κρεάτων, αλλάζοντας τις σφραγίδες στα ολόκληρα σφάγια που εισήγαγε από χώρες των Βαλκανίων και τα οποία μεταπωλούσε στην ελληνική αγορά ως ελληνικά, προκειμένου να επωφεληθεί κερδίζοντας την υπεραξία από το γεγονός ότι οι Ελληνες προτιμούν τα ελληνικά κρέατα, τα οποία όμως πωλούνται και σε ακριβότερες τιμές.
Σύμφωνα πάντα με πληροφορίες, εντός του εργοστασίου βρίσκονταν πλαστές σφραγίδες από δεκάδες σφαγεία της χώρας οι οποίες είναι μοναδικές και φέρουν αύξοντα αριθμό ανάλογα με το σφαγείο και την περιοχή στην οποία βρίσκεται. Με αυτό τον τρόπο εξασφαλίζεται η ιχνηλασιμότητα του προϊόντος, μπορεί δηλαδή να αναζητηθεί η πορεία του από τον κτηνοτρόφο έως το κρεοπωλείο και άρα να εξασφαλιστεί η προέλευσή του.
Πάντως, οι έρευνες βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη και προς το παρόν δεν υπάρχουν επίσημες ανακοινώσεις από τις Αρχές.
Ολα ξεκίνησαν από βίντεο που αναρτήθηκαν με ψευδώνυμο στο Youtube χθες, στα οποία παρουσιάζεται με κάθε λεπτομέρεια η διαδικασία παραποίησης της προέλευσης των σφαγίων (αρνιά, κατσίκια, γουρούνια αλλά και κοτόπουλα). Στα βίντεο που αναρτήθηκαν φαίνονται υπάλληλοι που κόβουν και καθαρίζουν προσεκτικά τα σημεία όπου υπάρχουν οι σφραγίδες άλλων χωρών και στη συνέχεια σφραγίζουν εκ νέου τα σφάγια με τη λέξη «Ελλάς» και τον αριθμό του σφαγείου εντός Ελλάδας. Παράλληλα, στα βίντεο παρουσιάζονται τιμολόγια όπου αναγράφονται οι μεγάλες ποσότητες εισαγόμενων κρεάτων από βαλκανικές κυρίως χώρες και οι αντίστοιχες τιμές. Ο άγνωστος που ανέβασε τα βίντεο με ψευδώνυμο έχει καταθέσει, σύμφωνα με τις ίδιες πηγές, σχετική καταγγελία στον εισαγγελέα, όπου έδωσε και τα στοιχεία.
Πάντως, ο επιχειρηματίας με ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσε χθες αναφέρει ότι πρόκειται για στημένα βίντεο που δεν έχουν σχέση με την αλήθεια, τα οποία τραβήχθηκαν από πρώην υπάλληλο της εταιρείας που απολύθηκε και ο οποίος θέλει να εκδικηθεί σπιλώνοντας το όνομα της εταιρείας, που είναι ταυτισμένο με την ποιότητα στην αγορά του κρέατος.
